Edu-fy Pty Ltd - New South Wales

Edu-fy Pty Ltd is a social enterprise that aims to help achieve the UN SDG#4 of quality education for all children by 2030. We will do this through our product Straylings® Oldhaven. The first layer of the game is for learners to increase their fluency in factual recall since research shows that fluency lowers cognitive load when solving problems. Secondly we link the game to a design-thinking real-world problem solving task incorporating Minecraft as part of the Straylings Explorer Club subscription. Finally there will be a collector card game option to add an engaging purpose while practising their skills. To quote a customer, "If Minecraft Edu and Pokemon had a baby, it would be Straylings!"
