Namaste Yogis - Melbourne

Namaste Yogis specialises in teaching yoga to children from preschool to highschool age to help them feel calm, centred, resilient and focussed. Namaste Yogis teaches kids yoga classes at Early Learning Centres, Local Council Kindergartens, Primary Schools, Secondary Schools, Community Centres and to families and their children. We teach yoga face to face and online interactively. Namaste Yogis' also teaches adults yoga (Corporate Yoga) and family yoga.

At Namaste Yogis, our mission is to help children develop a better relationship with themselves so that they can have a better relationship with others. Through yoga and mindfulness, we guide children on how to treat themselves with love and kindness, so that they may treat others and the world, with love and kindness. I established Namaste Yogis in 2017 after experiencing the healing and transformational benefits of yoga, journalling and meditation. As a mother, I wanted to make sure that my children and everyone else's children grow up knowing how to treat themselves with love and kindness, so that they may learn to treat others with love and kindness.
