The range of wearable pads are specifically designed to be effective yet comfortable. The light weight allows the pad to be worn at home or work, wherever or whenever you need relief from pain. The unique blend of grains produces a long lasting, deep penetrating moist heat or gentle cool. The pads can be stored in the freezer and heated in the microwave in minutes. All pads are scented with a choice of fragrant oils. Each pad weighs less than 800g.
