Where do you deliver?

All sellers deliver throughout Australia. However, each seller has their own shipping rules, so you will need to check with each seller to confirm that they can arrange delivery to your area.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated by the sellers themselves and not Global Sisters. Shipping costs (if any) can be seen on the specific product page itself on the Marketplace, and when added to cart and calculated accordingly once you advise your location and added to the total amount. You will also see the shipping options and costs at the checkout of the Marketplace before you purchase an item.

What do I do if I need to return an item?

If the product is faulty or damaged, please contact the seller directly to arrange the return of the item. For more detailed information please read our Exchange and Returns terms and conditions

Who do I contact for information about a product or service on the Marketplace?

Are my payment details safe?

Yes, your payment information is protected. The entire payment process is done with a trusted world renowned data security specialists – to safeguard your personal information and provide peace of mind when buying online with us.

Can I order different items from different shops at once?

Yes, you can. Please check the shipping costs of your order, found in the shopping cart. A combined shipping cost is not possible from multiple stores.

Is there a minimum order?

No, no such thing!

My order has not arrived, what do I do?

Firstly, check if you have received a ‘product shipped’ email. If not, contact the online shop or seller to find out when the item was sent. If the item is already on the way, ask for tracking information to locate the goods. If you have further issues, please contact us to help sort out the problem at marketplace@globalsisters.org

How can I pay?

You can pay via PayPal, Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa), and now Afterpay (4 x instalments) with those who offer it.

What kind of payment is safest? What's the fastest?

All payment methods offered on the Global Sisters Marketplace are absolutely safe and secure. The fastest way depends on your banks transactions and PayPal.

Gift Card FAQs

Are gift cards digital or physical?

E-Gift Cards are digital and can be purchased 24/7 from our website. Once the order has been processed you will receive an order confirmation email with your gift card details. The card recipient will receive the E-Gift Card via email with instructions on how they can use it. If you are ordering multiple vouchers and would prefer a physical voucher please email marketplacehq@globalsisters.org to discuss the options.

When will my gift card be sent to me?

Your gift card will be issued immediately after purchase. If you have not received it please check your spam/junk folder before contacting customer support.

How do I redeem a gift card?

To redeem your gift card you will need to enter the card number and PIN in the E-Gift Voucher Code section at checkout.

How long are gift cards valid for?

Global Sisters gift cards will expire 3 years after the date of purchase.

Where can I check my gift card balance?

You can check your balance here. You will need to enter the card number and PIN.

Can I choose how much the card is for?

Of course, this way you can customise your perfect gift. Just enter the value when you add the gift card to the cart.

Can I write a custom message?

Yes, you are able to do this at the checkout.

Can I return or exchange my gift card?

Global Sisters gift cards entitle the holder to an amount of credit within the Marketplace that may be used to purchase goods or services from any Seller. Global Sisters gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
