"Unravelling Unworthiness" is a mindfulness training program - 6 individual face-to-face sessions in which I teach:
In this training I will teach you: - why it is so difficult to shift negative emotions and self criticism, - practices to help release unworthiness - inner resources to help befriend your mind
I am a natural therapist and long time meditator. I am trained to teach the Mindful Self-Compassion course, and I use elements of this program combined with other approaches I have studied including Positive Neuroplasticity, Trauma Sensitive Mindfulness and Somatic Experiencing. My goal is to teach my clients practices and understanding so that they can be better resourced to navigate their lives.
