I’m Dani!
I’m a Pilates instructor for people who want to build a strong body, healthy mind, and a caring community. It's my goal is to help you discover the best in yourself, recognise the incredible things your body can do, and find joy in Pilates movement.
I offer a variety of classes including mat Pilates, pregnancy and postnatal, online classes, and private group bookings. All classes focus on breath and precise, controlled movements to build strength and reduce tension in your body. You can expect lots of variety, options, and challenges to choose from, using equipment such as Pilates balls, weights, therabands, and sliders. I provide modifications to suit your individual needs so you’ll feel safe and supported, no matter where you’re at.
Babies and kids are welcome to come along to any Pilates class, there's plenty of space for them to move around and play during your workout.

Mat Pilates

Mama Pilates
- Pilates on the mat especially for pregnant and postnatal women. With a focus on maintaining strength and mobility, preparing your body for labour, as well as restoring and rebuilding core and pelvic floor muscles post birth. The benefits of Pilates for your physical and mental health during pregnancy and postnatally are immense.
Connect with other mums, enjoy some movement, and take some time for yourself.

- Roll out your mat at home for our ultimate Pilates class. Suitable for everyone, all levels of fitness with lots of variations offered to suit your needs. Challenge every muscle, build core strength, improve your posture and increase your flexibility. Mat Pilates will leave you feeling balanced in body and mind.

Private Group Bookings
- Are you looking for a Pilates class for your mother's group, playgroup or social group? Perhaps you're looking for a workplace wellbeing activity, a team-building session, or a wellness program for your corporate group?I am available to teach Private Group Pilates either in-person or online. Classes can be structured with a particular focus of your choosing. Pricing is dependent on travel, duration and frequency.
