I am originally from Ethiopia. Currently based in Melbourne. My background is a graphic designer and illustrator. I have always wanted to engage in baby story telling but motherhood opened my eyes to a lot of gaps that can be filled within the baby wear industry.

My business is Talesies: wearable tales for mums and babies to create, share, and cherish to last a lifetime. Mums are the ultimate storytellers. I know firsthand how coming up with funny, cheerful, and creative stories brightens my kids' days and enhances our bonding. Talesies is a lifeline between babywear and storytelling. By integrating a QR code in the baby bodysuits, the stories come to life and end that bonding moment by letting a mum know she is doing an amazing job, and she is seen and appreciated. That we call catching two fish with one net.
