Founded in 2017, HotTea Mama makes award-winning, functional teas to support women's wellness.

From PMS to pregnancy, motherhood to menopause, we have herbal teas to make life easier, one sip at a time. My good friend Bethan Thomas and I started the company as a direct result of our experiences in early pregnancy and motherhood. Bethan is a tea scientist and master tea blender (it's a thing) and we felt, for all the tea in the world we were surprised no one had created a range that supported the needs of women. We feel there is a wonderful emotional support through taking time to have a cup of hot tea, and Bethan has crafted each blend, to include all the traditional herbs that can be supportive to symptoms women face, as well as making sure they remain delicious to drink.
