Meet Katie Grubb - Your Regenerative Catalyst: Greetings, I'm Katie Grubb and am dedicated to nurturing women and organizations into more regenerative paths. Through artistic expression, teaching, and therapeutic methods, I guide individuals to unearth existing habits, patterns, and beliefs, fostering regenerative and sustainable ways of existence.

My journey from being a stress head, high achiever to business founder is rooted in a quest for holistic well-being. After leaving the military and corporate world and relocating to regional Australia to raise my children, recover and live a slower paced life, I soon found myself with a set of new problems. Unstable casual, contract employment and low income. I figure that by creating my own business, I can solve these problems. So my mission is to create a successful business and in turn, inspire others to also embrace a life aligned with their true nature – one that's regenerative, cyclical, and nourishing.

I create art, lead workshops, retreats, and offer 1:1 coaching and therapeutic sessions. I help clients remove energy blocks, develop systems, and strategies to discover and achieve their greatest potential and purpose.
