Absolutely no food waste is my mission. I collect surplus produce dehydrate it and turn it into shelf-stable soups, meals, snacks, and garnishes. I am particularly keen to support farmers to reduce food waste and put precious $$ in their hands. After 15 years of scouting, and teaching young people how to make and pack lightweight food I have applied the same philosophy to family-sized meals.

The business has expanded from a farmer's market stall into a thriving business with more than 60 wholesale locations and an Australia-wide following.

All our meals are gluten-free, preservative-free and completely plant-based. You simply add the required water and cook for generous, sustainable delicious meals.

Our range now includes a variety of soups, and more than a dozen meal varieties including 4 risottos, rice puddings, punches, citrus, fruits and fruit bark. Most recently we launched a new brand called Sphiker that reduces the size of our regular meals into single and double-serve lightweight meals for hikers, cyclists, and sailors. I now employ 4 staff, two full-time (including me), one part-time and one casual.
