I am the pharmacist and founder of Soni Health. Soni Health brings Australia's first pharmacist-formulated bioactive blends purposefully designed to support, nourish & power busy women from the inside out.

In a world where ‘busyness’ is glorified, and women are under constant pressure to perfectly juggle all the facets of life; having the tools to properly support our wellbeing is critical.

Having experienced the effects of burnout, I knew this was where I wanted to make a difference – ‘to make busy lives better, naturally’ – and this inspired the beginning of Soni Health, a wellness tool for women to support optimal health and wellbeing.

I have used my pharmaceutical background to formulate powerful functional blends that are nutrient-rich and purposefully designed for multitasking, high-functioning women.

I founded Soni Health with a preventative health approach and a clear vision in mind – to educate and empower women in prioritising their health and well-being by integrating science and nature. Hence the acronym, SONI Health - Science Of Nature & Integrative Health (And Soni, of course, is also my surname, which I thought was pretty clever)

I want to use the platform of Soni Health to share my knowledge, tools and inspiration to help busy women in today’s fast-paced world to reach optimal health so they can lead their life the way they want and show up for their family and themselves - with energy, vitality, and confidence.
