My business offers nervous system care through holistic wellbeing sessions, skin wellness and certified organic aromatherapy (as an affiliate).

I've recently re-started my business after a pause (due to health/personal challenges) and chose to pivot from offering home skin therapy only because I knew there was more to me and how I could be of service. Personally, I'm a 44 year old woman living with my partner in south-east Queensland and am so passionate about wellbeing, but particularly nervous system health, because of the issues I've witnessed in myself and other people in this area.

I believe our nervous system is the at the heart of our wellbeing so when we support, repair and nourish it in tailored ways, we're really empowering our whole being. This flows on to our collective/social wellbeing and all the beautiful benefits that come from this, which is the greater vision I hold for my business.

What I'm currently selling is: online holistic wellbeing sessions & packages and a Grounding Ritual eBook. More rituals/practices like this are to come along with the return of online skin consultations & guidance packages. I'd also love to eventually offer small online/in-person events.
