Pebbly Path is a small batch rocky road business located in the heart of Mudgee NSW. Specialising in unique and exciting rocky road flavours, made with locally grown ingredients, and packaged in 100% sustainable and biodegradable materials.

Head chef, chief taste tester and creativity mastermind are me, Tash. Hi! I’m a mum of 2 little rascals, a nurse by trade but a fun enthusiast by nature, I got sick of paying good money for bland and lack-lustre food that was supposed to be an indulgence.

Talking about food, thinking about food, planning to eat food, and finding the most delicious food is pretty much my whole life - I'm a total 100% self-confessed foodie, but I'm not an elitist about it. I'm here for the high quality, down to earth and just plain delicious - I'm not into the 5-star price tag with the 1-star service and the attitude to match.

Yes, we make the best rocky road EVER. Not just in flavour, though that is what our customers love the most about us. But also, because we're sustainable about it - we are supporting local farmers with the selection of inclusions we use (we live in the bush, my in-laws and husband are farmers, so we're all for farmers), I grew up on Sydney's northern beaches though, so I'm all about saving the oceans from plastic pollution too. I'm a mum, so we give all our team members the flexibility to work whenever suits them, and be at home whenever they need to be (we're all about embracing individuality).

We're also serious about mental health - we donate a % of our profits to LIVIN.org. But essentially, we're talking about it, reducing the stigma, supporting each other in the workplace, and reminding each other to take our meds!!! We're committed to making mental health visible, encouraging help-seeking behaviours, and changing the conversation to one where it's as normal to talk about mental health as it is about a headache.
