Australian native botanicals have an amazing taste that most people in Australia are not familiar with: they find it hard to come by, difficult to use or may not know how to cook bushfood.

So, tapping into my French background and my passion to entertain friends with chic, I developed a range of premium mixers to highlight the wonderful flavours of Australian natives; alcohol-free mixers are delicious products that the entire family can enjoy without any special cooking skills.

My secondary goal is to be financially independent. In particular as a migrant, I am well aware my retirement will be an enormous issue - my Australian Superannuation is very low and the retirement money from my birth country France will be small due to my expatriation.
