Our mission at Tranquil Creations is to help others to find and create tranquility within, harmonizing the body, mind and spirit. We offer hatha yoga practice and art therapy, on one to one basis or group sessions. A regular practice of yoga can relieves stress and anxiety; improve strength, flexibility and balance; promotes healthy digestion; reduce backpain and maintain a healthy spine; creates mental clarity and tranquility; and more.Art therapy is a form of expressive therapy that uses the creative process of making art to improve a person's physical, mental and well-being.
